Organizing a fundraising event for Humane Pennsylvania can be fun and rewarding for both you and the animals. Generous friends have supported the animals through a variety of events such as birthday parties, bake sales, garage sales, donation drives etc.

HELPFUL EVENT PLANNING HINTS:

  1. Brainstorm event ideas. The only limit is your imagination: Auctions; Yard Sales; Parties; School Events; Car Washes; Bake Sales
  2. Gather friends and family to help support your cause
  3. Set a date for your event that gives you plenty of time for planning
  4. Set fundraising goal
  5. Be aware of any legal, insurance, liability, permit and safety issues you may need to address
  6. Advertise! Advertise! Advertise! Flyers, posters and other promotional materials can help your event gain support and attendees. Humane Pennsylvania can provide you with a limited quantity of printed materials and online advertising
