No Pet Hungry: Million Meal Challenge

The No Pet Hungry: Million Meal Challenge is an ongoing, year-round pet food collection competition that benefits Humane Pennsylvania’s Spike’s Pet Food Pantry!

Collection boxes are stationed at participating Berks and Lancaster County businesses throughout the year and come equipped with a bone-a-fide pet food counting system that will help you keep track of how much your business has collected!

Use a marker to fill in the bone on the front of your box as donations come in, and use the hashtags #NoPetHungry and #MillionMealChallenge to show us your progress!

High-priority items are wet AND dry dog AND cat food. Our goal is to provide one million meals to pets in need across the country! Please see the list of participating locations and drop off a donation in support of their efforts!

Donations go directly to our animals at the Freedom Center for Animal Life-Saving and the Lancaster Center for Animal Life-Saving and support Spike’s Pet Food Pantry, which has distributed over 148,000 pounds of food, supplies, and litter to families and organizations in need this year so far.

Questions or interest in participating? Please contact Nicole Koch, Events & Volunteer Coordinator, at [email protected] or 610-750-6100, ext. 232.
