On Saturday, September 19, three weeks before the auction, we’ll be cruising into an unforgettable evening inspired by the Mother Road starting city, Chicago! Take an exclusive first look at some the incredible original artwork that will be featured in this year’s live auction, mingle with fellow art and animal lovers, and learn a bit about the lives you are helping Humane PA save and improve! This event is held in Reading and the exact location is shared with invitees directly. See? So exclusive!
For those who haven’t attended in the past, the Preview Party is fun and casual cocktail party that that runs from 4:00 – 6:00 PM (but we won’t kick you out at six if you’re having a great time!). Prohibition is over, so we will feature a full bar with classic Chicago cocktails! Haven’t you always wanted to try a Mamie Taylor or Chicago Southside? Our great friend Chef Dave Baxter has prepared a Chicago themed menu to amaze and delight!
You’ll also get to see off Spike and Tilly as they set off in their
1961 AMC laydown Rambler Classic*. They are setting off down the Old Route 66 to get inspiration for the Auction main event on October 10!
You may be wondering how you get in on the preview fun? Art Preview Passes are available only to auction patrons, VIP ticket holders, and artists and galleries whose work has been selected for inclusion in the live auction. Become a patron at the $150 level or above and receive two passes to this year’s Route 66 Art Preview, plus two VIP tickets to Art for Arf’s Sake on Saturday, October 10. Individual VIP tickets are $75. The deadline to get on the invitation list for the Preview Party is Friday, September 18, 5:00 PM, so don’t miss out!
