Hi, I’m IRIS (240813)
I’m a 7-year-old spayed female brown and white tabby looking for a calm and understanding forever home.
I can be a little shy at first, and it may take me some time to fully open up to new people and surroundings. Once I start feeling comfortable, though, I do enjoy gentle pets and quiet companionship.
I can become easily overstimulated, so I do best with short, calm petting sessions and people who understand when I need a little space. I’m also not a big fan of being picked up, but I’m happy to stay close by and enjoy affection on my own terms.
I was originally found as a stray, so there isn’t a lot known about my past. What I do know is that I’d love a patient home where I can take things at my own pace and feel safe and relaxed.
