Hi there! I’m Surge. I am a 2-year-old, neutered male, domestic medium hair. I originally came to the shelter as a stray so my past is a bit of a mystery. My finder’s said I had been hanging around for about a year and this winter they knew it was time to find me a home due to how cold it was outside. I can be a little shy with new people and I am not a fan of quick or loud movements. But approach me slowly and come armed with treats and I will be your best friend.
